By using components exclusively made of recycled polypropylene, the Biax®500 is a sustainable alternative to foundations generating tonnes of polluting polystyrene from void former offcuts every year. Furthermore, in a Biax®500 foundation, the quantity of concrete is reduced by 45% and the quantity of reinforcing steel by 65% compared to a conventional slab.
